Your 1st move should be: find a doctor to prescribe you estradiol. Losing estrogen in menopause is the #1 reason your upper back is killing you.
That's kind of hard to do with a torn rotator cuff😢 Any suggestions to help with that? Other than surgery?

It ought to be no surprise women have bad posture for the hours per day over the decades spent at the kitchen sink Much of it is ergonomics...the structures are built by men for women (and some equality-minded guys these days) but generally little thought is put into what women need for their ergonomics. Cupboards set too high but comfortable for men's reach is what can set off frozen shoulder for women. A mirror set too high where women only see their head but men see from their chest up, for them. A sink set too near the wall and further away from the countertop edge will cause that rounded back. I once had a tall male tenant implore me to set the countertop higher for him when I was renovating. I had to say no to that, it had to be set at an average height for women and some men, anyone taller will have a tough time, but they are not average height. Contractors ought to consider who they are building for. Guys will argue they're in there, too (great) but generally it is women who are shorter than guys that spend the most time there. Of course, this justifies guys not wanting to do dishes....(eye roll)

Ty so much! I need to learn this properly and walking up n down short stairs. I see im using my toes which has created my 4th toe bone to change and press nerves causing weird sensations like bugs on my foot. Will put focus on using heels more for getting up from chairs. Is it for stairs too? Ty

I injured my knee in a car accident. Banged the dash board my left knee on the dashboard. The oart where it bends. Since then i cant kneel or oit any weight on that knee. I find it difficult to do squats and forget about the jumping jacks. I don't go down very far for the squats. The next day my knee is hurting like nobody 's business. If you can show a standing exercise that work the same muscles as squats or lunges, i would greatly appreciate it. BTW, i wont even do lunges.

Shouldn’t you be stretching it the opposite way? It’s already pulling forward and down.
What if you knees are too painfull to kneel on what exercise could you do?
